Any web-based app like Agentgogo will need to have cookies/cache cleared once in a while to prevent errors. This is always the first thing to try if something odd is happening with the Agentgogo CRM app in a computer.
If you're on the CHROME browser you can copy and paste this link into your browser and it should take you right to where you need to go to clear cookies & cache for Agentgogo. You'll just hit the trash can icon.

On a PC it looks like this (and similar but slightly different on Mac):
If you're using another browser, just clear your cookies and cache.
