Since you're inquiring about live transfers with the ISA team it may be worth noting a few things.  We typically recommend NOT using them, but we certainly provide the service.  Here are the main things to consider:


1. In our experience we find that most people are not ready/able to have a full-blown conversation at the moment we call them and end up scheduling a future appointment anyway
2. We are making the calls in your evening time zone and on some Saturday mornings, so you'd have to be able/willing to take calls at that time.
3. Our live transfers work a bit differently than some others and we text you to confirm that you're available to take the transfer.  We provide the contact's info in that text and you call them.  We wait on the line until you make the call and the lead flips the call to yours.  We only give you 2 minutes to reply so we don't frustrate the lead.  If you don't, we ask them to schedule a future call.
4. There is a slight fee increase for live transfers because it does slow our call team down = it takes more time to do them
