If a lead or contact is telling you they aren't receiving your emails there are few main reasons why that could be.


  1. That's not true at all.  Leads are frequently lazy and don't check or have a million emails in their inbox and yours got lost in the mix.
  2. It went to their spam folder.  There's nothing anyone in the world can do about this.  This will happen from time to time and depends on 100's of variables outside of your or our control.
  3. They blocked you or tagged you as spam.
