Unless you have a special billing circumstance like a one-off invoice for extra services this bill is from your Agentgogo CRM subscription.


A few reminders on that subscription:


  • Most people will have selected the $69 package which we also call the 100 Lead Package.  This does renew every 30 days but the primary user will receive a free 30-day trial.
  • Additional users (sub-users) are billed for immediately upon adding them to your subscription.  A free trial is not offered nor is it an option for sub-users.
  • Some people will have selected a different Agentgogo CRM subscription option like an annual plan or a 50 Lead Quantity package for instance.  Costs on those packages will be different.
  • If you have a team of people (more than one person), the billing will include all sub-users accounts as well.
  • Agentgogo CRM is designed to be a standalone program that you can use to do whatever you want with, not just use it for our programs.  You can keep it as long as you want, even if you are no longer using our services or paused with our services.  
  • We do not include the cost of the CRM as part of any service package in any of our programs and we are always very clear about this by informing you prior to joining, upon onboarding with us, in the agreement you signed, in an email we send to you shortly after launching the campaigns and in your online training area.
  • If you'd like to reduce your fees for this subscription, consider removing sub-users or reducing your package to a different, lower level (but please notify us if you are an active client and changing to a single user subscription)  If you don't, your automations will stop functioning as intended.  We must make some adjustments on the backend if you make this change.  
  • It's worth noting that most teams or 2 or more people will have sufficient credits in the 50 Lead Package option to handle an average amount of leads.
    • If you do remove sub-users, we will not be able to provide round-robin, but multiple users can login to one subscription simultaneously.  For some teams, this may be sufficient.  It will strictly depend upon what your desired situation and use case is.  Ultimately it is up to you.
    • A 50 lead package will not prevent you from handling 100 leads, or any quantity for that matter.  Each package is setup so that you will not need to purchase additional text or ringless voicemail credits based on the quantity of leads you have.  If you do need additional text or ringless voicemail credits, you can either manually purchase more but the system will also automatically purchase them for you so you don't run out.
