Your login and outbound email (the one emails will come from) do not have to be the same email address.  They can be different completely different


If you are unable to get your login details because your sign-up email address is blocking the password notification or reset email, please first check your spam inbox and also check your quarantined emails (which is something your company may control and should be able to assist with).

If neither of those work, please let us know you need to cancel your current account, give us the email address you used to sign-up and restart the process with an alternate email address.
