Please keep in mind that Liondesk is a 3rd party tool.  We do not own it or control it.  We’re fortunate enough that we can submit feedback in ways others can’t, but if there’s an issue with Liondesk it’s best to have them help you.


We also realize that you may have some confusion about what we’re doing with Liondesk and where our service ends and Liondesk’s begins. So here are some helpful guidelines.


Obviously we set Liondesk up for you, but really all we did was set up your email signature and put in our auto drip campaigns (but that did take a lot of time to do).


Leads are shot into Liondesk by us, but after that it’s all on Liondesk and you to do the work.  (If you’re curious, for most people we use Zapier to transport the lead data from the form Liondesk.)


If a lead has arrived in Liondesk, but there are unexpected behaviors, it’s best to contact Liondesk directly because it’s a bug in their system and has nothing to do with us or our systems.  Contacting us regarding this will actually delay the process because we’ll just send your email/request over to them to look at it anyway.  It will be a lot faster if you cut the middleman out (that’s us) to get Liondesk issues addressed.
