If you’re nearing the end of your billing cycle, it’s very likely you’ll have 1-3 days where no leads come in. We try to spend a budget evenly across a month, but it’s not always possible to make that happen 100%, especially on 31-day months.  When your renewal comes, we’ll immediately refresh the budget and leads will flow again.


If it is not near the end of your billing cycle and leads have stopped, please make sure you check Liondesk to see if that’s really the case and if it is, please notify us.  We usually will know but there is a chance you’ll figure that out before us.
